With breathtaking harbour views, all our newly refurbished event spaces are perfect for any occasion. From intimate board meetings to grand events accommodating up to 250 guests, our meeting rooms and versatile event spaces are open for bookings by both members and non-members.​ The Club is located in the heart of Tauranga CBD. This location provides easy access to various destinations, being just a 2.5-hour drive from Auckland, 1.0 hour from Rotorua, and 1.5 hours from Hamilton. For those traveling by air, the Tauranga Airport is a mere 10-minute drive away.
OUR EVENT SPACES
PRESIDENT'S ROOM
Small meeting room for up to 4 people to host small meetings, interviews or private online conversations. This room can be instantly booked here.

THE BOARDROOM
Seating 30 guests theatre style or 16 in a boardroom style, this room is perfect for workshops, small group presentations or private dinners. This room can be instantly booked as a boardroom for up to 16 people.

THE SEMINAR ROOM
Seating up to 50 guests theatre style or 40 banquet style, this room accommodates larger groups for presentations or sit-down dinners.

HARBOUR VIEW ROOM
This function room is perfect for larger groups, offering space for up to 100 standing or 64 seated guests.
This room is a combination of the two above via folding walls.

WATER VIEW RESTAURANT AND BAR
Take advantage of our beautiful restaurant and bar space ( excluding the function rooms ). This is perfect for up to 150 guests for a seated dinner or 200 standing.

TAURANGA CLUB
Hire the entire venue (aside from our separate Member's Lounge) offering space for up to 250 cocktail style or 200 seated.
This option is perfect for large events or a wedding.


AUDIO VISUAL
Enhance your event experience at Tauranga Club with our comprehensive in-house Audio Visual equipment, including projectors, screens, sound systems, and microphones. For tailored AV solutions, we collaborate with local specialists to provide live streaming, hybrid event capabilities, advanced lighting, and onsite technical support.
