The craft spirits world is evolving—and Tauranga's own Clarity Distilling Company is leading the charge. Built on a foundation of honesty and innovation, Clarity creates award-winning gins with complete transparency of process and purpose.
Our spirits begin with a unique base: ethanol distilled from New Zealand grass-fed cow's milk whey—a sustainable, pure by-product of dairy making. Every botanical is then individually distilled to capture its truest character before being carefully blended to achieve perfect balance.
At Clarity, what's in the bottle is exactly what's claimed—no vague stories, no shortcuts, just craftsmanship you can taste and integrity you can trust. Join us to meet the local makers redefining what "premium" really means.
